Another great event at the Sunderland Lit and Phil

What a brilliant evening we had at the Sunderland Lit & Phil Society for The Magic of Theatre. And truly, it lived up to its name, it was simply magical.

Auburn did a fantastic job as compere, keeping the night flowing with ease and charm. The whole event had that special buzz the Lit & Phil always seems to create, a mix of creativity, inspiration and a good dose of laughter.

Of course, no evening would be complete without a post-event migration to the bar. There’s something about sharing a glass of wine (and yes, a packet of scampi fries or two) that just adds to the atmosphere. Great banter, stimulating conversation and plenty of ideas still whirling long after the official programme ended.

A huge thank you to the Sunderland Lit & Phil Society for yet another memorable night. We’re already looking forward to the next one!
